Spring Health is seeking qualified, part-time psychotherapists in Belgium to join our provider network and deliver care with a tech-enabled platform. Hybrid role with remote and in-person sessions in Zaventem; English proficiency is required; licensed professionals in Belgium are preferred.

You will treat adults and potentially minors using CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT, maintain scheduling, document sessions, and collaborate with care navigators and support teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible to practice in Belgium as a psychologist/psychotherapist.
• Minimum 3 years of independent clinical experience.
• English proficiency to conduct onboarding and clinical interviews in English.
• Experience treating minors (age 10 and below) is preferred.
• Comfort with tele-health and technology.
• Available for some monthly in-person sessions in Zaventem, Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Provide counseling to clients via short-term and longer sessions within employer health plans.
• Treat adults and possibly children, adolescents, couples, or families as needed.
• Maintain availability calendar and timely session documentation.
• Use evidence-based modalities and collaborate with support teams.
• Provide culturally competent care and safety planning when risks arise.

Formation
