AL-AGEDI B. C. in Belgium is seeking an experienced HVAC professional to support innovative projects across Belgium and Luxembourg.

You will advise clients, analyse needs, design systems, and prepare cost calculations. The role offers flexible work options, a company car, pension, and ongoing mentoring within a collaborative, energy‑efficient building solutions team. Dutch and English proficiency is essential; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Electromechanics, Energy Technology or similar.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the HVAC sector.
• Strong conceptual & analytical mindset.
• Experience preparing technical/commercial documentation.
• Organized, autonomous, and collaborative team player.
• Excellent Dutch & English; French is a plus.

• Advise clients on integrated HVAC solutions
• Analyse customer needs & translate them into technical concepts
• Design HVAC systems & prepare cost calculations
• Create technical & commercial offers
• Support Sales during client meetings, demos & presentations
• Inspire customers with energy-efficient, future-proof solutions
