You will advise project managers on operational, technical, and organizational challenges, occasionally visit sites, and report budgets and progress to the business unit manager.

Qualifications

• Must have proven leadership experience.
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems.
• Experience coordinating multiple departments and projects.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the work of several departments from engineers to project leads and foster consistent working methods.
• Advise project leaders on operational, technical, or organizational challenges.
• Occasionally visit construction sites and act as main point of contact for clients.
• Ensure budget monitoring and reporting on project progress to the business unit manager.
• Identify budget or contract deviations early and report clearly.
