THEMA Foundries in Oudenaarde, Belgium is looking for a Plant & Facilities Engineer (HVAC) to ensure the efficiency and safety of utility systems in a high-tech manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include managing maintenance programs, overseeing projects for continuous improvement, and training Plant & Facilities Technicians.

The ideal candidate holds a master's degree in Engineering and has at least 3 years of experience in HVAC systems. Competitive salary and opportunities in an innovative culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC and related systems.
• Supervisory experience in coaching and managing contractors.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
