Safran Aircraft Engine Services Brussels is seeking an HSE and Prevention Manager to define, implement, monitor, and continuously improve our HSE strategy in line with Belgian law and Safran Group SSE standards. You will act as the legally designated Prevention Advisor and lead the HSE team.
You will develop and deploy HSE policies, perform risk assessments, and lead training, audits, and culture initiatives to ensure a safe, compliant workplace.

Your role: The HSE and Prevention Manager is responsible for defining, implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving the company's HSE strategy in accordance with Belgian legislation and Safran Group SSE standards. The role acts as the legally designated Prevention Advisor and leads the HSE team.
