EWOR GmbH is launching cutting-edge initiatives and building a new department. We seek exceptional operators and builders to join, owning end-to-end delivery from concept to production.

You will lead 0-to-1 projects in Applied AI, translate strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps, and architect scalable solutions to enable rapid growth and potential spin-offs, reporting directly to the department founder.

Qualifications

• Based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote arrangements).
• High-agency builder mindset with end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge domains such as Applied AI.
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps and drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
• Architect scalable solutions and drive milestones to position the department for rapid growth and potential spin-off.
