Grinder (Deburring Operator) – Laser Operator

For an innovative and internationally active company in the events and exhibition industry, we are looking for a grinder (deburring operator) – laser operator. You will join a modern production environment where quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement are key.

This role combines grinding and laser operations, contributing to the finishing of high-quality aluminum systems.

• Grinding and deburring aluminum profiles based on technical drawings
• Alternating between serial production and custom work
• Operating laser equipment for finished frames
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Performing quality checks (visual and with measuring tools)
• Monitoring and recording quality via control sheets
• Processing production orders in an ERP system
• Carrying out basic maintenance on equipment
• Supporting other workstations when needed
• Ensuring clear communication during shift handovers
