Google in Brussels is seeking a Public Affairs and Policy Program Manager to lead global policy advocacy initiatives for YouTube, bridging global strategy and on-the-ground execution.

You will coordinate with the GAPP team, manage cross-functional projects, shape advocacy agendas, and translate policy developments into persuasive narratives for internal and external audiences, with a focus on technology policy and regulatory environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of public policy experience in government, think tanks, campaigns, associations, or corporate affairs.
• Experience managing projects and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to drive objectives.

Responsabilités

• Act as a global campaign architect for YouTube's critical policy issues and bridge global strategy with on-the-ground execution.
• Support global public affairs in proactive advocacy agendas shaping public debate and thought leadership across policy priorities.
• Own significant project components, work with cross-functional teams, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
