Planet Pharma is seeking a Senior Pharmacovigilance Quality & Compliance Lead (AD Level) to oversee the global PV Quality Management System, audits, training programs, and external partner compliance. This strategic role partners with Safety, Quality, Regulatory and cross-functional teams to drive excellence in patient safety.

You will lead inspection readiness, PVAs/SDEAs oversight, KPI tracking, CAPAs, and governance with vendors, ensuring regulatory alignment across Europe, US and other

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 10+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience.
• 5+ years in Pharmacovigilance / Drug Safety.
• Proven PV Quality Management Systems experience.
• Experience supporting regulatory inspections globally.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Lead and enhance the global Pharmacovigilance Quality Management System.
• Drive continuous improvement, CAPAs, and KPI development.
• Ensure compliance with global PV regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate audits and regulatory inspections; support responses.
