IQVIA in Belgium seeks a Principal or Sr Principal for the DTAS Global Strategic Advisory team. You will lead high‑impact engagements with VP+ stakeholders, shaping strategies at the intersection of life sciences, data and technology.

You’ll own end‑to‑end client programs, grow the portfolio, mentor teams, and contribute to thought leadership while traveling to client sites as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. MBA advantageous.
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in consulting or life sciences.
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional advisory engagements across DTAS and related services.
• Own end-to-end client engagements with a focus on revenue growth and value delivery.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership across projects for VP+ stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior team members and contribute to thought leadership.
• Build lasting client relationships grounded in trust and partnership.
