Exail in Ostend is seeking a Director of Industrial Operations to define and implement the industrial strategy that ensures performance, quality and capacity of systems for customers, under Mine Warfare leadership.

You will manage two industrial sites in Ostend (Belgium) and La Garde (France) and drive Lean Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, digitalisation and continuous improvement across the operation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading industrial operations in high‑tech environments.
• Strong track record in Lean Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 implementations.
• Proven ability to manage a supply chain under constraint and pressure.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement the industrial strategy to ensure performance, quality and production capacity.
• Manage Exail’s two industrial sites in Ostend and La Garde.
• Lead the industrial transformation roadmap to ramp up production and ensure OTD.
