Keystone Solutions is seeking a skilled IT consultant to lead modernization efforts across legacy and cloud/hybrid architectures. The role focuses on harmonizing data and application architectures while ensuring security and regulatory compliance within a complex, public-sector–adjacent landscape.

The candidate will guide integrations, data modelling and governance, support PoCs, and promote best practices across development, security and infrastructure teams during a 01/10/2026 - 31/12/2026

Qualifications

• Experience in data modelling, data management, integration and security.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep knowledge of Atlassian/Jira.
• Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL) and data modelling.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis abilities.
• Experience in a federal public service.
• Expertise in modern Java (Spring, microservices, API-driven, event-driven).

Mission Overview:

Our client operates in a complex technological environment that combines a historical application landscape with modern components. This consultancy mission at the client site, representing Keystone Solutions, involves a structural transformation of the IT landscape, modernization of architectures, reduction of technical debt, adoption of Cloud technologies, and compliance with regulatory standards, including NIS2. The existing applications cover critical areas such as unemployment regulation, payments, debt management, and financial and accounting processing. Some of these systems rely on legacy technologies, while new Cloud/hybrid architectures are emerging. The consultant will play a key role in harmonizing, securing, and aligning these architectures.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support development teams by performing functional analyses with a technical touch within business projects.
