DEXIS, part of the Envista family, is seeking a Functional Analyst to shape cloud-based workflows for the next generation of DTX Studio. You will map end-to-end processes, create prototypes, and collaborate with UX coaches and stakeholders on on-site product transformation.

Fluent English and a passion for dental technology will help you contribute to a cloud-first, collaborative environment with a strong emphasis on on-site work.

• Ability to map complex workflows and business processes.
• Experience with UX design and flow-charting tools (Miro, Figma).
• Strong communicator and team player in multidisciplinary settings.
• Interest in dental industry, market trends, and competition.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Analyze requirements: conduct user needs analysis and synthesize research to define novel solutions.
• Create prototypes: translate functional requirements into wireframes, user flows, and conceptual mock-ups.
• Collect feedback: present and validate prototypes with project stakeholders and UX coach; interview end customers for feedback.
• Support development: write detailed, well-structured requirements; brief and support the development team to ensure alignment with designs.
• Present achievements: provide regular status updates and communicate project progress to stakeholders.

To support this transformation, we’re looking for a Functional Analyst to help shape the future of our cloud-based workflows. Your focus will be on the functional analysis and mapping of end-to-end workflows for our next generation cloud applications.

What You Will Be Doing

• Analyze requirements: Conduct user needs analysis and synthesize research to define novel, impactful solutions.


• Create prototypes: translate functional requirements into clear wireframes, user flows, and conceptual mock-ups.


• Collect feedback: Present and validate prototypes and designs with project stakeholders and your assigned UX coach. Run interviews with end customers to collect early design feedback.


• Support development: Write detailed requirements that are well structured and maintained. Brief and support the development team, ensuring implementation aligns accurately with these design specifications.


• Present achievements: Provide regular status updates and communicate project progress to all stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Skilled in grasping and mapping complex workflows and business processes


• Proficient with UX design and flow-charting tools (Miro, Figma ..)


• Proven strong communicator and team player in multidisciplinary environments


• Interest in the dental industry, including user needs, market trends, and competitive landscape


• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
