Capyx is looking for a Functional Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You’ll translate requirements into functional specifications and ensure smooth delivery of projects in a multilingual and international environment.

Based in Brussels, the role is hybrid onsite, with start ASAP. The project focuses on renewing a Belgian payroll environment, generating outputs from a payroll engine, and collaborating with a small internal team and stakeholders.

Capyx is looking for a Business & Functional Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, translate requirements into functional specifications, and ensure smooth delivery of projects in a multilingual and international environment.

The assignment

For one of our clients, a leading Belgian HR services provider, we are looking for a Functional Analyst to join an ongoing project related to the renewal of its payroll environment.

The project focuses on generating documents and other output based on events delivered by an external payroll engine. Examples include payslips, employee payment information, salary balances and Excel-based output.

Development is handled internally. As a Functional Analyst, your main responsibility will be to gather and clarify requirements and translate them into clear, technically workable specifications for the development team.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, product management and a team currently consisting of two developers and another analyst. Internal analytical expertise is available to support you where needed.
