Keystone Solutions is seeking a Full Stack Web Developer for a client-site consultancy mission. You will implement a service catalog to securely provide police data sources and integrate them into dashboards for fraud detection and workload management.

The role requires strong .NET (C#) microservices experience, Angular SPA development, and CI/CD with GitLab or Argo CD. Fluent English and French/Dutch are a plus; French/Dutch language skills are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (minimum) with several years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of .NET (C#) for microservices implementation.
• Experience designing REST or gRPC APIs and deploying event-driven architectures using message brokers like RabbitMQ.
• Proficient in developing SPA web apps using Angular and Module Federation.
• Familiar with authentication via OpenID Connect and O365.
• Proven CI/CD experience with GitLab or Argo CD.
• Familiar with Git, branches, pull requests and code reviews.
• Experience in agile environments, Scrum.
• Fluent in English and one national language; other language is a plus.
• Familiarity with police environment is an advantage.
• Knowledge in security and cryptography is a plus.

Mission Overview

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Full Stack Web Developer for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing a service catalog that securely provides authentic police data sources. This project aims to facilitate the integration of these data sources into various solutions, including dashboards for fraud detection and internal solutions for workload management.

Key Responsibilities

• Familiarize yourself with existing systems to propose technical solutions.
• Implement solutions for integrating and encapsulating data sources into a modern service-oriented architecture.
• Participate in the implementation of MicroServices and internal communication between them.
• Contribute to user interface implementation using a MicroFrontend approach.
• Implement unit and integration tests for both Backend and Frontend.
• Integrate designs provided by the UX/UI Designer into user interfaces.
• Version your source code, generate pull requests, and review colleagues' code.
• Model the database using a 'code first' approach and perform necessary migrations.
• Set up deployment pipelines for applications and services.
• Implement infrastructure deployment pipelines (IaC).
• Work in an agile manner, focusing on planned tasks and meeting deadlines.

Profile Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (minimum) with several years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of .NET (C#) for microservices implementation.
• Ability to install and configure PostgreSQL databases and manage connections via Entity Framework.
• Experience in designing and implementing REST or gRPC APIs and deploying event-driven architectures using message brokers like RabbitMQ.
• Proficient in developing SPA web applications using Angular and Module Federation.
• Familiar with authentication mechanisms via OpenID Connect and O365.
• Proven experience in CI/CD and setting up deployment pipelines with GitLab or Argo CD.
• Familiar with GIT, branches, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Experience working in an agile environment, particularly with Scrum methodology.
• Fluent in English and one of the national languages; knowledge of the other language is a plus.
• Familiarity with the police environment, especially the Federal Judicial Police, is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge in security and cryptography is also a plus.
