Eno Health in Brussels is building an AI-powered platform to support clinicians and patients with regulated, runtime-validated interfaces across web, mobile, and API layers.

This full-time hybrid role collaborates with clinical leadership, focusing on feature work, API design, accessibility, and performance, ensuring compliance with EU MDR and IEC 62304.

You will implement a design-system, ship data-dense interfaces, and uphold strict data-safety practices in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Expert in TypeScript with runtime validation (Zod) across external boundaries.
• Strong React and React Native production experience, shipped apps and release processes.
• SPA architecture with client-side routing, state/cache management, and robust auth flows (OIDC/OAuth2).
• Backend fluency to design, build and consume typed HTTP APIs, not just call them.
• Accessibility as a requirement (WCAG), performance budgets, data-dense interfaces that stay legible.
• Testing at component, integration, and end-to-end levels, wired into CI.
• Experience handling sensitive data in the client: what may be cached/logged; regulated environment requirements.
• Health or clinical software exposure: FHIR-backed interfaces, lab-data visualization.
• Data-visualisation depth: time-series and reference-range rendering (D3 or equivalent).
• Internationalisation done properly with multilingual surfaces; right-to-left layout considerations.
• Voice or conversational interfaces: streaming audio UX, transcription display, interruption handling.
• Astro or static-site experience for marketing surfaces.
• Design-system implementation: transforming brand system into a maintainable component library.

Responsabilités

• Build the products and product surfaces where clinicians and patients meet the platform: practitioner console, API, patient dashboard, and mobile environment.
• Work across mobile app, web surfaces, and API layer with access to clinical team when interface questions are clinical.
• Engage in feature work, API design, accessibility, and performance improvements; ensure traceability and compliance into medical-device files (EU MDR, IEC 62304).
• Collaborate with design-system teams and implement components aligned with the established brand system.
