FH Collective Academy is seeking a Flemish-speaking Customer Support Representative for our Lisbon-based client project. You will provide empathetic and accurate assistance to Flemish-speaking customers, resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive user experience.

The role is based in Lisbon with regular daytime hours, a monthly gross salary of 1,400.00 €, plus a 100.00€ performance bonus and a 150.00€ language bonus.

About the Position

• Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00
• Gross Salary: 1,400.00 € gross per month
• Relocation: No relocation support provided
• Bonus: A performance bonus of 100.00€ is offered.
• A language bonus of 150.00€ is provided.
