STEGMANN BELGIUM in Nazareth-Gavere is seeking a Finishing Operator to join the production team on a two-shift system. You will operate finishing machines, perform cutting, varnishing and foil stamping, and help uphold high quality standards across the line.

The role requires attention to detail and a willingness to learn, with responsibilities spanning quality checks, basic machine maintenance, and supporting multiple production stations to ensure smooth operations.

Responsabilités

• Operating and setting up finishing machines.
• Performing finishing processes, including cutting, varnishing, and foil stamping.
• Carrying out quality checks and identifying any deviations.
• Performing first-line machine maintenance.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workplace.
• Supporting different workstations within the production department when needed.
