CTRL-F NV zoekt een Financial Controller die het team ondersteunt bij financiële rapportering en analyse. U verzorgt tijdige en accurate informatie voor het management en het hoofdkantoor.

U analyseert risico's, stelt begrotingen en cashflow voor en coördineert een back office met drie medewerkers voor offertes en facturering. Master in finance/accounting vereist, Nederlands en Frans spreken is vereist.

Qualifications

• Minimaal masterniveau, bij voorkeur met relevante ervaring.
• Logisch en analytisch denkvermogen, nauwkeurig werken.
• Hands-on, zelfstandig en flexibel ingesteld.
• Interpretatie van financiële informatie naar business insights.
• Gewend aan KMO-omgeving en dicht bij management werken.
• Collegiaal en passend in familiale teamsfeer.
• Vlot Nederlands en Frans spreken; Engels een plus.
• Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics Navision is een troef.

Responsabilités

• Analytische boekhouding en diverse managementrapporten opstellen.
• Maand-, kwartaal- en jaarrekening en rapportages voor management en hoofdkantoor voorbereiden.
• Financiële risico's analyseren en financiële gezondheid bewaken.
• Begrotingen en cashflow-voorspellingen opstellen als onderdeel van de CFO.
• Beoordelen van openbare aanbestedingen en zorgen voor tijdige indiening van documentatie.
• Back office coördineren, met drie medewerkers verantwoordelijk voor offertes en facturering.

Description du poste

As a Financial Controller, you will support the accountant and play a key role in financial reporting and analysis. You will ensure that management has access to accurate and timely information.

Your responsibilities will include, amongst other things:

• You will be responsible for analytical accounting and various management reports.
• You prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports for management and head office.
• You analyse financial risks and help monitor the organisation’s financial health.
• You draw up budgets and cash flow forecasts as part of the CFO’s remit.
• You review public procurement contracts and tenders and ensure that the necessary documentation is submitted on time.
• You coordinate the back office, comprising three staff members responsible for quotations and invoicing.

• Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans. Kennis van het Engels is mooi meegenomen.
