For this family-owned group, we are currently looking for a Finance Manager to act support the company’s CFO.

In this fast-growing company, you will join a tight-knit, stable team. Your role spans accounting, budgeting, controlling, encompassing all finance-related tasks and responsibilities.

The job is based in Kasterlee.

Finance Manager – The Role

• Support the accounting team through month- and year-end closings
• Create yearly budgets, track and explain potential variances
• Project-based controlling for individual projects, to ensure their financial viability
• Act as a point of contact during audits
• Help in the continuous improvement of internal processes and tools

Finance Manager – About You

• You have graduated with a Bachelor or a Master’s degree in a relevant field (accounting, finance, business engineering..)
• You have 3 to 7 years of experience in a relevant role (Finance Manager, Controller, Auditor, Accountant..)
• You are fluent in Dutch & English
