ALTEN is seeking a Financial Controller for its Belgian subsidiary. You will perform monthly reporting, monitor KPIs, validate accounting entries, and develop tools to monitor operational activity.

You will lead the management cycle (budgets/forecasts), analyze results, reforecast, explain variances, and participate in cross-functional projects. Fluent English and French required; degree in auditing or management control; good Excel and accounting basics.

Qualifications

• French speaker and fluent in English.
• Business school graduate with a specialization in auditing or management control.
• First experience in auditing and/or accounting and/or controlling.
• Good command of Excel.

Responsabilités

• Monthly reporting of the Belgian subsidiary's activities
• Monitoring of performance indicators
• Control and validation of accounting and analytical accounting (validation of sales, expenses, provisions, etc.)
• Implementation and improvement of tools for monitoring operational activity
• Leading, carrying out and implementing the management cycle (monitoring budgets / forecasts, analysing results, reforecasting, explain variances and find their source)
• Participation in crosscutting projects (information systems, processes, etc.)
