Bridgestone Europe, Middle East and Africa (BSEMEA) invites applications for a Finance Analytics Intern in Zaventem, Belgium. This hybrid internship offers hands-on exposure to financial reporting, dashboard development, and business analytics within the Finance team.

You will collaborate across functions to standardize reporting, support budgeting and forecasting, and translate data into actionable insights while gaining practical experience in financial planning.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/Master's in a related field.
• Experience with finance, analytics or reporting is a plus.
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial dashboards and reports using applicable reporting and visualization tools.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
• Support the preparation of presentations and analytical reports for management and key stakeholders.
• Monitor and track key financial and business KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in the digitalization and automation of financial reporting processes.
• Translate business requirements into actionable analytics and reporting solutions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance review activities through data analysis.
• Collaborate with Finance and other business functions to improve reporting efficiency and decision-making processes.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Job Purpose

The Finance Analytics Intern will support day-to-day analytical and project-based activities within the Finance team. The role offers hands-on exposure to financial reporting, business performance analysis, dashboard development and process improvement initiatives. Through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, the intern will contribute to data-driven decision-making, reporting standardization, and continuous improvement while gaining practical experience in financial planning, performance management, and business analytics.

Qualifications & Experience Required

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Experience

• Previous internship or project experience in finance, business analytics, reporting or data analysis is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is a plus
• Basic understanding of financial statements and financial performance metrics is a plus.

Language Skills

• Other European languages are a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
