Iris is seeking a Landscaping Team Leader to manage and coordinate daily activities across multiple sites in Flanders. You will lead a small team, allocate tasks, ensure safety and quality, and liaise with planning and management.

You bring hands-on landscaping experience, strong leadership, Dutch language skills, a BE driving licence and phytolicence, and are willing to travel between sites. Independence and organization are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in landscaping, green space maintenance, garden development or similar environments.
• Organized, accurate and quality-focused approach.
• Able to guide and support colleagues clearly and respectfully.
• Able to work independently and manage priorities.
• Holders of BE driving licence and phytolicence for required activities.
• Experience operating machinery (tractors, aerial work platforms, excavators) is advantageous.
• Sufficient Dutch to work safely and communicate with colleagues and customers.

Responsabilités

• Organise and coordinate your team’s daily activities across different sites.
• Allocate tasks and ensure work runs efficiently and on schedule.
• Participate in landscaping and green space maintenance activities.
• Ensure clear communication with colleagues, planning team and manager.
• Monitor work quality and adjust as needed.
• Ensure safety instructions and procedures are followed.
• Ensure proper use of machinery, tools, vehicles and materials.
• Report issues or on-site requirements promptly.
• Support planning by providing progress and operational information.
• Together with your team, carry out planting, pruning, mowing and fertilising tasks.
