ADECCO BOOM is seeking a Facility Coordinator in Puurs to lead a ~12-person team and oversee cleaning activities and technical services. You will collaborate with the client's technical team and step in for the coordinator when required.

You will act as the main contact for staff, ensuring efficient planning and execution of tasks across departments such as cleaning, waste management, and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in team management and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
• Ability to coordinate cleaning activities and technical services.
• Acts as the main point of contact for staff and teams.

Responsabilités

• Take end-to-end responsibility for organizing cleaning activities and technical services, leading a team of about 12 employees.
• Coordinate with the client's technical team and cover the coordinator when needed.
• Serve as the primary contact for staff and support the team as required.
• Plan work across departments such as waste management, maintenance, and cleaning.
• Check machines, materials and PPE and manage stock levels.
