Aviato in Belgium is seeking a Guest Service Expert to contribute to a memorable dining experience. You will take initiative to deliver extensive guest services, handle table settings, and coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires fluent English and knowledge of Dutch and/or French, with minimal supervisory duties expected. Applicants should maintain professional appearance and comply with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None
• Languages: English fluently with knowledge of Dutch and/or French

Responsabilités

• Take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their meal.
• Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, interact and serve guests, and clean work areas and supplies as part of the experience.
• Ensure all tasks meet safety, quality, and appearance standards to support guest satisfaction.

Guest Service Experts

• will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces),
• managing the menu (read and visually verify information),
• and taking a hands‑on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping).

Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Service Experts – to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.
