Phoenix Contact is seeking an Experienced Marketing & Communication Specialist in a hybrid capacity in Belgium. You will develop campaigns, manage content, organize events, and analyze results while collaborating with product managers, sales, and external partners.

You will translate market insights into campaigns supporting commercial objectives, with a focus on marketing automation and CRM, and contribute to training programs and webinars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a broad marketing role (5+ years) preferred.
• Excellent written Dutch; French and English a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Developing and executing marketing campaigns from strategy to implementation
• Creating, analysing, and optimising email marketing campaigns
• Further developing our website and digital communication channels
• Supporting and coordinating trade fairs, training sessions, and events
• Collaborating with graphic design and digital marketing partners

Experienced Marketing & Communication Specialist

Who Are You?

You are an experienced marketer who looks beyond campaigns and sees the bigger picture.

In addition, you bring:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in a broad marketing role
• Excellent written communication skills in Dutch
• Knowledge of French and English is a strong asset
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on attitude
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
• A proactive, independent, and entrepreneurial approach
• Enthusiasm for contributing to change and growth
