WaW Logistiek in Schoten, Belgium seeks a logistics administrator to manage daily communications with customers and suppliers, place bookings, and handle end-to-end shipments including invoicing and supplier invoice verification.

You will ensure complete dossier administration, interpret Letters of Credit, prepare customs instructions, plan transports, track shipments to final destination, and maintain professional service quality for clients.

Qualifications

• Daily communication with customers and suppliers via email and phone.
• Place bookings with suppliers and diligently monitor.
• Handle expeditio dossiers from A to Z, including invoicing and verification of supplier invoices.
• Ensure complete dossier administration, including permits, certificates and other required documents.
• Interpret and process Letters of Credit.
• Prepare customs instructions and verify customs documents.
• Plan transports and coordinate with all involved parties.
• Proactively track shipments to final destination and maintain service quality.

Description du poste

• Je communiceert dagelijks met klanten, leveranciers en overseas agents via e-mail en telefoon.
• Je plaatst boekingen bij leveranciers en volgt deze nauwgezet op.
• Je behandelt expeditiedossiers van A tot Z, inclusief facturatie en de controle, goedkeuring en betwisting van leveranciersfacturen.
• Je zorgt voor een correcte en volledige dossieradministratie, waaronder vergunningen, certificaten en andere vereiste documenten.
• Je interpreteert en verwerkt Letters of Credit.
• Je maakt douane-instructies op en controleert douanedocumenten.
• Je plant transporten in en stemt af met alle betrokken partijen.
• Je volgt zendingen proactief op tot aan de eindbestemming.
• Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening en biedt klanten een professionele service.
