AWS EMEA SARL (Belgium Branch) in Brussels, Belgium, seeks an experienced Solutions Architect to drive technical engagement with EU Public Sector customers, delivering secure, cost-effective and scalable cloud architectures. You will influence roadmaps, lead workshops, and author blueprints that translate requirements into practical AWS solutions.

Success requires deep AWS knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to operate across complex IT landscapes with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of cloud computing, data engineering, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Strong background in delivering complex, mission-critical technology solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical engagement and ultimate success around specific business initiatives and projects.
• Develop a deep expertise in AWS technologies.
• Consult on and provide leadership for the broad AWS cloud strategy in EU public sector organisations.
• Exhibit leadership within a very sophisticated IT landscape and become the trusted advisor to different stakeholders in the customer’s organisation’s hierarchy.
• Be a thought leader, comfortable with speaking in public.
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the AWS architecture community.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers, engineering teams and support.
• Demonstrate the 'art of the possible' using demonstrations and proof-of-concept code.
