Vinted in Brussels is seeking an in-house Public Affairs & Government Relations Specialist to support EU policy initiatives across multiple business units. You will work directly with the EU Senior Manager of Public Affairs, coordinating with cross‑functional teams to shape policy positions and respond to consultations.

The role requires fluency in English, experience in EU policy, and a proactive, independent work style in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in EU policy, government, in-house, or consultancy firms.
• Good understanding of the EU legislative process and policy debates in tech and e-commerce.
• Strong writing skills to translate complex topics for different audiences.
• Autonomous, rigorous, curious, and motivated.

Responsabilités

• Support Vinted’s EU public policy work in Brussels, reporting to the Senior Manager of EU Affairs.
• Monitor and track public policy files and regulatory developments in Brussels relevant to Vinted.
• Help implement engagement plans across priority files and areas.
• Collaborate with business, legal, communications and sustainability teams to gather input and develop policy positions.
• Draft policy positions, consultation responses and briefing materials.
• Support representation of Vinted in meetings with public decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Help manage Vinted’s participation in trade associations.
