Telenet is seeking an Entertainment Engineer to join their testing and quality assurance team in Belgium. You will work in a technical environment to ensure product stability and reliability, collaborating with technical and business teams to test entertainment products before they go live.

Responsibilities include planning and executing tests across STBs, iOS, Android, web apps, and backend systems, analyzing results, and driving improvements to testing processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in testing, quality control, or trialing.
• Degree in IT, computer science, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute tests for STBs, iOS, Android, web applications, and backend systems.
• Perform functional, performance, and reliability tests in lab and pre-production environments.
• Analyze test results, detect issues, and identify root causes.
• Suggest corrective and preventive measures.
• Gather clear test evidence for development teams.
• Develop requirements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methods.
• Ensure smooth handover to operations after quality control.
