Fluxys is looking for a Data Manager to lead the Group-wide data strategy, ensuring quality and compliance while driving value creation across operations. You will manage a team of experts and coordinate distributed data teams, making a significant impact within the organization.

The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree and over 10 years of experience in leadership roles, demonstrating expertise in data management and governance. Fluency in English, Dutch, or French is required.

• 10–15+ years of professional experience, including 10+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven experience in defining and deploying enterprise‑wide data strategies.
• Strong ability to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into scalable data solutions.
