Sword Group in Brussels seeks a consultant to strengthen its Enterprise Architecture governance. This role involves supporting the Architecture Board, ensuring architectural decisions are documented and followed through effectively. Ideal candidates will have a background in Enterprise Architecture, proven coordination skills, and experience working in complex IT environments with multiple stakeholders. Key tasks include preparing meeting documentation and maintaining architecture governance artefacts.

Qualifications

• Experience in Enterprise Architecture, IT Architecture or IT governance.
• Experience supporting architecture governance bodies or review boards.
• Experience in coordination, project management or PMO-type roles.
• Experience working in complex IT environments with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Support the organisation and coordination of the Architecture Board.
• Prepare meeting agendas, documentation and decision materials.
• Ensure proper documentation and follow-up of architecture decisions.
• Coordinate the architecture review process for new initiatives and IT projects.
