Appsierra Group is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect with demonstrable architecture experience across domains (networking, security, server infrastructure, data, ERP, etc.) to lead architecture initiatives in a large organization.

The role requires proven ability to design cloud platforms, data architectures, and API ecosystems, plus modelling technique proficiency and governance.

You will collaborate across PMO and IT to rationalize landscapes and modernize legacy systems.

Qualifications

• Demonstrative experience as a specialist architect in a specific domain (networking, security, server infrastructure, application architecture, ERP, ECM platforms, Datawarehouse and BI, ...) or Enterprise Architect
• Demonstrative experience in the role of Enterprise architect in a complex large organization
• Proven experience integrating security-by-design and privacy-by-design into architectures, including risk analysis, security controls, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in designing cloud platforms and APIs
• Proven experience in designing data architectures, data models, data governance processes and master data management solutions within large organizations.
• Demonstrative experience in performing impact analyses, system analyses and scenario analyses for complex programmatic or organisation-wide change processes.
• Proven experience in rationalizing application and technology landscapes, cloud migrations, or legacy modernization journeys.
• Demonstrative knowledge and experience of Modelling Techniques (Archimate, Togaf, UML, Sparx EA)

Demonstrative knowledge of all domains plus proven specialist architect in at least 1 specialist domain (infrastructure, application, security, data, process...)

Demonstrative knowledge and experience of Modelling Techniques (Archimate, Togaf, UML, Sparx EA)

Demonstrative knowledge and experience of business processes in general

Demonstrative knowledge and experience of the various Project Management facets (costs, timing, coordination, planning, estimates)

Must Have:

• Demonstrative experience as a specialist architect in a specific domain (networking, security, server infrastructure, application architecture, ERP, ECM platforms, Datawarehouse and BI, ...) or Enterprise Architect
• Demonstrative experience in the role of Enterprise architect in a complex large organization
• Proven experience integrating security-by-design and privacy-by-design into architectures, including risk analysis, security controls, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in designing cloud platforms and APIs
• Proven experience in designing data architectures, data models, data governance processes and master data management solutions within large organizations.

Should Have:

• Demonstrative experience as an architect within a public organization, government agency or regulated environment.
• Demonstrative experience with archimate and togaf
• Demonstrative experience with architecture or implementation of monitoring, detection, early warning or earth observation systems, for example based on satellite data, drones, sensors or real-time data streams.
• Proven experience with architecture or development of solutions based on .NET/C#, Python, REST APIs and modern (cloud-native) web architectures.
• Proven experience in defining architectures or applications based on AI, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG solutions or AI platforms.
• Proven experience in designing or supervising solutions based on ESRI ArcGIS, geospatial platforms, GIS integrations or geodata architectures.
• Proven experience designing solutions for IoT, sensor network, or edge computing environments, including protocols such as MQTT.
• Proven experience with machine learning platforms, MLOps processes, model lifecycle management, and AI governance frameworks.
