CTRL-F NV in België zoekt een Engineering Specialist – Power & Cooling om betrouwbare energie- en koelsystemen voor kritieke infrastructuur te ontwerpen en te ontwikkelen. U werkt nauw samen met productmanagement, productie en klanten om prestaties, kwaliteit en certificeringen te garanderen.

U vertaalt klantwensen naar robuuste ontwerpen, beoordeelt haalbaarheid en kosten, ondersteunt offertes met technische analyses en levert input bij vergaderingen en ontwerpwijzigingen.

Qualifications

• Analytische vaardigheden en gestructureerde aanpak bij technische vraagstukken.
• Ervaring met systeemintegratie en engineeringdocumentatie.
• Kennis van IEC/IEEE normen en relevante lokale voorschriften.
• Bachelor- of masterdiploma in Elektrotechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar.

Responsabilités

• Vertalen van klantvereisten en commerciële specificaties naar robuuste technische ontwerpen.
• Beoordelen van technische haalbaarheid en kostenimplicaties van voorstellen.
• Ondersteunen van offerte- en voorstelprocessen met technische analyses.
• Technische input leveren tijdens klantbijeenkomsten en bij ontwerpwijzigingen.
• Samenwerken met productie en kwaliteitsafdeling voor maakbaarheid en FAT/commissioning.
• Beheren van documentatie en ondersteunen van change management.

As an Engineering Specialist – Power & Cooling, you’ll play a key role in designing and developing reliable power and cooling solutions for critical infrastructure. You’ll work closely with product management, manufacturing and customers to ensure that every solution meets the required performance, quality standards and certifications.

Supporting product development and customer solutions

• You will translate customer requirements and commercial specifications into robust technical designs.
• You will assess the technical feasibility and cost implications of proposed solutions.
• You support quotation and proposal processes with technical expertise and performance analyses.
• You provide technical input during client meetings and when design changes are made.

Collaborating with production and quality

• You work closely with production teams to ensure that designs can be manufactured efficiently.
• You support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and commissioning activities.
• You investigate technical issues in the field and implement design improvements.
• You manage technical documentation and support change management processes.

Ensuring compliance and technical quality

• You ensure that all designs comply with applicable electrical, thermal, safety and regulatory standards.
• You will support certification processes and approval procedures for new products and solutions.
• You will keep abreast of developments in standards, grid codes and regulations across the various markets.
• You will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality, reliability and performance of our solutions.

Qualifications

• Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Elektrotechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare technische richting.
• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met energiesystemen, thermisch ontwerp, koeltechnologie of elektrotechnische engineering.
• Ervaring met het ontwerpen van industriële installaties, buitenopstellingen of kritische infrastructuur.
• Kennis van certificeringstrajecten en regelgeving voor technische producten en systemen.
• Goede kennis van normen zoals IEC, IEEE en relevante lokale elektrische voorschriften.
• Ervaring met technische berekeningen, systeemintegraties en engineeringdocumentatie.
• Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een gestructureerde aanpak bij het oplossen van technische vraagstukken.
