DataCamp is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the teams behind the systems powering millions of learners. You will partner with Product and Design to shape direction, drive execution, and raise the bar on building and shipping high-quality software.

You’ll manage a cross-functional product engineering team, ensuring rapid prototyping with AI tools, while fostering ownership, urgency, and accountability. You’ll drive the technical roadmap balancing new features with platform robustness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building software across the stack with scalable design.
• 3+ years leading engineering teams and growing people.
• Strong communication across Product, Design and Data.
• Experience in fast-paced startup or early-stage settings.
• Familiar with agentic coding tools and AI workflows.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead a high-performing full-stack team with ownership and accountability.
• Drive end-to-end delivery, balancing speed with code health and platform robustness.
