Digital Talent Hunters is helping a leading international group recruit an Elevator Technician – Repair Specialist. You will diagnose and repair electrical faults and mechanical systems across a region, handling a variety of elevator components with strict safety practices.

On-the-job training and extensive technical coaching accompany a career path in a stable, global technical environment. An on-call schedule with compensation is included.

The Repair department focuses on repairing and replacing elevator components at a wide variety of customer sites, including schools, healthcare facilities, industrial companies, supermarkets, airports, metro stations, shopping centres, hotels, public institutions and residential buildings.

Your role as an Elevator Technician – Repair Specialist:

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults as well as mechanical systems
• Carry out repairs on different types of elevators within your region
• Work on a wide variety of technical components, such as door belts, frequency drives, emergency power systems and other elevator components
• Apply the company's work methods and strictly follow safety, quality and environmental procedures
• Continuously develop your technical knowledge through on-the-job training and professional training courses
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and high-quality service
• Participate in the on-call service according to the team's schedule, with additional compensation

Your profile:

• You have a Bachelor's or technical secondary education (TSO) diploma in Electromechanics, or equivalent experience
• You have a genuine passion for technology and consider safety your number one priority
• You have a solution-oriented mindset and enjoy troubleshooting technical problems
• You are able to work independently while also being a strong team player
• Previous experience in the elevator industry is a strong advantage
• You are preferebly Dutch-speaking or motivated to further develop your Dutch language skills
• You have a valid driving licence B
• You are not afraid of heights
