Responsabilités

Do you have a background in Mechanics and are you looking for your first work experience? Or are you an experienced Mechanic? To strengthen our technical team in Tielt, we are looking for a Mechanic to work in a two‑shift system.

Your responsibilities

We are looking for a mechanically strong profile who ensures that our machines run efficiently, safely, and without interruption. You also provide technical support to the operators.

Your tasks will include:

• Replacing sensors
• Performing mechanical repairs such as replacing conveyor belts
• Replacing pneumatic components
• Installing and adjusting belts and chains
• Actively contributing ideas for improvements and optimizations
• Working closely with fellow technicians and the shift supervisor
• Working in a two‑shift system (early and late shift)

Qualifications

• A degree in Mechanics or equivalent through experience
• Good knowledge of mechanics and pneumatics
• You enjoy working independently
• You are fluent in Dutch
• Willingness to work in a two‑shift system
