Start People is seeking a Maintenance Technician to monitor wear and tear, analyze faults, and optimize production processes. You will perform routine inspections, analyze risks, and work with high-quality machinery across a Belgian family business context.

The role values curiosity, practical problem-solving, and a hands-on approach, with flexibility to work in shifts and contribute to team performance. Dutch or English proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electromechanics, industrial engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Open to all levels of experience.
• Solid knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and pneumatics.
• Basic/communicative knowledge of Dutch or English.
• Commitment and practical approach to work.
• Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts.
• Precision, attention to detail, and safety.
