Rhox is seeking a Senior Health Data Governance Advisor to develop practical governance, functional and process solutions for health data, supporting EHDS initiatives and the secondary use of health data.

You will analyse health data, translate business needs into functional requirements, and assess changes across dataflows, metadata and processes while documenting governance practices and aligning stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Senior experience with data or governance issues and a relevant academic background.
• Knowledge of data ownership, metadata, data quality, reference data, data catalogues, roles and responsibilities.
• Familiarity with a data governance platform such as OpenMetadata, plus Python and SQL.
• Understanding of health sector data systems, integration contexts, business processes and requirements management.
• Knowledge of European EHDS developments and secondary use of health data.
• English (B1), Dutch (B2) and French (B2).
