WW Talents seeks a Customer Support Representative to deliver professional, empathetic assistance to customers across markets from Porto, Portugal. You will manage inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information to ensure a high-quality experience.

Role requires Dutch fluency and English at C1, with a 24/7 rotational schedule. Accommodation support is available for relocating candidates, and a welcome bonus is offered during the first year.

Whether you are already living in Portugal or considering relocating from abroad, this role offers the opportunity to join an international team, develop your professional skills, and experience life in Portugal.

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €4,000 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
