WLG in Belgium seeks a technical specialist to operate and extend the DirX directory and identity provisioning stack on site in Braine-l'Alleud. You will handle second/third-line requests, calibrate data synchronisation, and contribute to incident, change and release management.

You will build procedures, coach frontline colleagues, and participate in on-call rotations while delivering small enhancements to the service framework.

Qualifications

• Expertise in X.500 and LDAP directories and directory synchronisation products (DirX).
• Identity management experience and scripting in TCL for automation.
• Active Directory for accounts, permissions and access control; SQL for databases.
• Java or .NET development for customisations; PowerShell for automation; Red Hat Linux administration.
• Public key infrastructure knowledge and certificate management.

Responsabilités

• Monitor, operate and administer directory and identity products and their synchronisation.
• Build and maintain operating procedures per customer guidance.
• Handle second/third-line requests via ticketing system and diagnose issues.
• Connect data sources, configure connectors and manage provisioning and backups.
• Deliver small increments through incident, change and release management; on-call duties.
