argenx is seeking a DT Business Functional Lead - Research to align the end-to-end Research capability with a unified technology strategy. You will partner with Discovery, Pre-Clinical and Translational Science teams to drive an ambitious digital roadmap and ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences or related field.
• 6+ years in senior IT business partnership or technology strategy in R&D.
• Experience owning large, complex portfolio of tech initiatives and digital roadmaps.
• Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders in a dynamic R&D organization.

Responsabilités

• Act as strategic interface for the end-to-end Research capability across Discovery, Pre-Clinical and Translational Science.
• Define priorities and lead a unified multi-year digital technology roadmap for Research.
• Govern the portfolio of technology initiatives to ensure value realization.
• Translate complex scientific needs into an integrated technology execution plan.
• Ensure solutions meet data integrity, security, and GLP/GCP standards.
• Foster relationships across DT teams and external partners to achieve shared goals.
• Lead continuous learning and adaptability within the team and partners.
