You will keep customers informed from booking to final billing, balancing overview with careful execution and ownership. Fluency in Dutch and English is required; additional languages are a plus. The role emphasizes autonomy and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience as a freight forwarder (import & export) in a warehouse environment is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; other languages considered a plus.
