HOUSE OF ABY is seeking a DevOps/Cybersecurity oriented professional to design, implement, and document automated deployment processes across software and OS environments in Belgium. You will work with the System Administration team on first-time deployments, patches, and rollouts, while monitoring systems and applying security improvements.

Required are strong Linux skills, cybersecurity fundamentals, and experience with DevSecOps tools.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Linux systems administration and security.
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps concepts and modern tooling.
• Hands-on experience with deployment automation and software lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with networking concepts: routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and document automated deployment processes for software and OSes.
• Develop and maintain tools to monitor deployed systems and installations.
• Perform first-time production deployments, upgrades, and patches with the Sysadmin team.
• Provide support during roll-outs and gather feedback to improve deployment processes.
• Monitor vulnerabilities and drive security improvements and remediation.
• Manage patching activities for development and production environments.
• Deploy, maintain, and support development environments within the intranet.
• Evaluate, test, and implement new DevSecOps technologies.
• Provide second-line support for EBP software and IT equipment in signaling zones.
• Occasionally participate in assembly and installation of IT equipment in data rooms.
• Ensure security considerations are integrated into all activities and communicate potential risks.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong expertise in Linux environments, specifically CentOS, Red Hat, and Fedora.


• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and technical IT security principles.


• Good understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.

Experience Required

• Master's degree in a technical field, or at least 10 years of relevant professional experience.


• Minimum 3 years of experience in a DevOps-related role.


• Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security.


• Experience in both DevOps and cybersecurity is highly valued.
