LGA IT Belgium is seeking a DevOps Architect to bridge infrastructure, development and security. You are the visionary who shapes the DevOps culture and implements it technically, ensuring a frictionless, automated and secure release cycle and cloud environment.

Key challenges include designing and automating CI/CD pipelines, IaC stewardship (Terraform, Bicep, ARM), guiding cloud migrations and M&A work, embedding security and ISO 27001-aligned practices, and coaching engineers and delivery

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform, Bicep, and ARM.
• Proven track record in cloud migrations and security-focused development.
• Ability to coach engineers and ensure DevOps governance.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement automated release pipelines.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code and cloud automation.
• Guide cloud migrations and M&A workloads to standardized environments.
• Embed security best practices and ISO 27001 alignment.
• Coach delivery teams and collaborate with CTO.

Als DevOps Architect sla jij de brug tussen infrastructuur, development en security. Jij bent de visionair die de DevOps-cultuur verder uittekent én technisch implementeert. Jouw doel is om een frictieloze, geautomatiseerde en veilige release-cycle en cloud-omgeving te garanderen.

Jouw technische en strategische uitdagingen:

• Architectuur & Automatisatie: Ontwerpen, bouwen en optimaliseren van geavanceerde CI/CD-pipelines en release processen.
• Infrastructure as Code: Je bent de technische referentie voor IaC (Terraform, Bicep, ARM). Handmatig werk is voor jou een no-go.
• Cloud Migraties & M&A: Begeleiden van de migratie van bestaande en nieuw verworven workloads naar een gestandaardiseerde cloud-omgeving.
• Security & Compliance (DevSecOps): Inbouwen van hardening en security best practices (binnen het ISO 2701 framework) in elke laag van het platform.
• Coaching & Governance: Fungeren als sparringpartner voor de CTO en het coachen van system engineers en delivery teams bij de adoptie van nieuwe DevOps-standaarden.
