The role emphasizes signal processing, data analysis, and rigorous system performance evaluation, with a focus on mechatronic integration and project alignment. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in system engineering within automotive/mechatronic environments.
• Strong knowledge of electric machines, power electronics, and control systems.

Responsabilités

• Defining and developing system requirements for mechatronic automotive applications.
• Contributing to the design and integration of electric machine systems, power electronics, and control systems.
• Analysing system behaviour, interfaces, and functional interactions.
• Performing signal and data analysis to support system development and validation.
• Translating customer and product requirements into technical system specifications.
• Supporting system architecture definition and design decisions.
• Coordinating with hardware, software, controls, testing, and validation teams.
• Identifying technical risks and potential design improvements.
• Supporting troubleshooting during development and testing activities.
• Ensuring system performance, robustness, and compliance with project requirements.

For one of our clients active in the automotive industry, we are looking for a Design System Engineer with strong expertise in electric machine systems, power electronics, controls, and mechatronic system engineering.

Responsibilities

• Defining and developing system requirements for mechatronic automotive applications;

Profile / Requirements

• You have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field;
• You have professional experience in system engineering within an automotive or mechatronic environment;
• You have strong knowledge of electric machines, power electronics, and control systems;
• You are experienced in signal processing, data analysis, and system performance evaluation;
• You are comfortable working with complex multidisciplinary systems;
• You have a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving;
• You are able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• You have a professional level of English
