Dstny BE in Brussels is seeking a Project Manager to drive projects from kickoff to delivery, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure timely, quality outcomes.

The role requires a degree in electronics or IT, fluency in Dutch and French with good English, and at least 3 years of PM experience. Knowledge of PMBok/Prince2/SCRUM is advantageous, and the candidate should be organized, communicative, and able to work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electronics or IT, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Excellent command of Dutch and French, complemented by good English.
• Knowledge of IT and/or telecom.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator.
• PMBok, Prince2, SCRUM, Agile are valuable assets.
• Organized, structured, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication, flexibility, and growth mindset.
• Capable of handling challenges with confidence and staying calm under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring on-time, high-quality results.
• Build solid project plans using suitable methodologies.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and manage client relations.
• Decide task ownership and delegate to engineers or project teams.
• Monitor progress and quality, keeping all parties aligned.
• Inspire and coach the project team to perform at their best.
• Set clear client agreements and ensure they are followed.
