EMW in Mons, Belgium seeks an experienced DCIS Infrastructure Engineer to support NATO Deployable CIS systems. You will design, test, implement, deploy and support IT baselines, troubleshooting and exploring new technologies in infrastructure and authentication areas.

The role requires a NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET clearance, a related Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years in deployable/enterprise environments with DevOps experience. On-site work and occasional TDY are expected.

Qualifications

• Active NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 2+ years post-related experience; or 6+ years of progressive experience in duties related to the function.
• At least 5 years' experience in deployable or large enterprise environments (storage, virtualization, AD, DNS, RD, HA, patching).
• At least 3 years' active participation in a DevOps team with scripting and automation experience.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking principles and IT service management (ITIL).
• Desirable IT certifications (ITIL Service Operation; MCSA/MCSE, VMWare VCP, CCNA/CCDA).
• Experience with Ansible, VMware, and disaster recovery tools is highly valued.
• Experience in international military/civil environments and NATO contexts would be advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide DCIS engineering design, development, and execution for NATO Deployable CIS systems.
• Participate in DevOps environments with CI/CD, deployment automation, and system monitoring.
• Mentor junior staff in incident, service request, and problem management; oversee on-the-job training.
• Plan and execute NATO-approved exercises, on-site or from remote locations.
• Document designs, configurations, and troubleshooting guides for assigned services.
• Lead technical support teams in projects and exercises; ensure timely delivery and reporting.
• Maintain Microsoft Exchange/SharePoint/AD environments; ensure security and reliability.
• Coordinate with international teams in deployed exercises and operations.
