Nexeo is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design of a modern Data Platform, focusing on the Storage Layer and Lakehouse architecture for a sovereign, open-source data ecosystem in a regulated environment.

You will collaborate with the Data Office, architects, and external partners to shape the target architecture, governance, and technology roadmap, ensuring secure, scalable solutions across data domains.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in solution architecture, data platform architecture, or related fields.
• Proven experience designing and implementing modern enterprise data platforms with lakehouse architectures.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, GDPR, and compliance in regulated environments.

• Define the target architecture of the organization's Data Platform.
• Design and evolve the Storage Layer and Lakehouse architecture for secure, scalable platforms.
• Provide architectural guidance to engineering teams and ensure interoperability across components.
