Datashift is seeking a data governance professional with 2–5 years of experience to help clients become data driven and to grow a governance team. You will design and implement Collibra-based data governance solutions, build metadata pipelines, and translate business requirements into data intelligence strategies.

Collaboration with project managers and client advisory on governance structures is essential.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in a relevant field; strong analytical mindset.
• 2–5 years of consulting or service-oriented experience.
• Experience and certification in Collibra or similar tooling is a plus.
• Knowledge of data landscapes within an organization is a plus.
• Familiarity with data governance concepts (GDPR, Data Quality, Data Lineage) is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.

Responsabilités

• Support clients in their journey towards becoming data driven.
• Build maintainable data solutions (metadata pipelines, data profiling, data classification).
• Translate client requirements into data intelligence solutions.
• Design data governance solutions in Collibra.
• Assist project manager with technical rollout of Collibra.
• Advise clients on setting up data departments and roles.
